Home Energy Raters of Illinois LLC
Frank Pipal, is a certified RESNET Training Provider, and Home Energy Rater. He attended Manhattanville College where he received bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Psychology. After attending the University of Illinois Graduate School Of Business, he became a Certified Public Accountant. Since then he has spent over twenty years in the residential building industry as both a builder and general contractor.
Frank is a highly active member of his community and has served on the Board of Directors of his local neighborhood association. He tutors Mathematics regularly on a volunteer basis at Family Matters, a non-profit community organization in Chicago.
Home Energy Raters of Illinois is both a labor of love, and a perfect use of the knowledge that Frank has acquired throughout his life. Frank, through his development of Home Energy Raters of Illinois, LLC., is also a member of the Illinois Association of Energy Raters, a member of RESNET, and an Energy Star® Partner.
